  Every computer has the ability to record audio by downloading some of the free open source audio recording/editing programs available on the Net. For a small amount of money, one can also purchase some handy applications. Here I will explain what some of these programs are, where to find them, and a bit on how to set them up for your computer. I also recommend using Xinha Here! which is a great text editor which can be used for any text input box on the Net. It will enhance your text descriptions for your audio as well as enable you to easily add links. Definately a must have tool.
